  When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails with the
  exact same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you

  First of all I want to say wonderful blog!
  I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not
  mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and
  clear your head before writing. I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
  10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out
